How do everything work?
Biorhythm-based adjustment In the morning, the light will turn on
slightly and get slowly brighter within 30 minutes to mimic the
gradual rising of the sun to wake you up in a gentle and relaxed
way. At midday, the light will automatically change to cool white,
helping to encourage concentration and increase productivity. At
sunset, the light will automatically change to warm white, helping
to relax and wind down for
the day. Before bedtime, the light will slowly, gently fade off
within 30 minutes to soothe you to sleep.

this wifi smart controller that provides circadian lighting.
Together with our high quality LED SMD/COB CCT strip light, this
wifi smart lighting kit delivers a human centric lighting solution
in your life. Simple open Tuya app and select biorhythms mode. The
system is fully automated. Users only need to use a switch or
button to start or turn off the rhythmic lighting adjustment. No
other manual operation is required. The lighting will change with
the time of day according to the user's geographic location and
activities. It supports group control using remote controller and
wall mount controller.
